Hamletak is a software platform that helps you generate advertising plans and campaigns with AI, launch and manage them on ad platforms you connect, run a chat agent that answers your customers, log your sales, and track results and reports. By using the platform you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

• Your ad accounts (Meta and others) remain fully yours; the platform acts on them only under the OAuth authorization you grant, which you can revoke at any time.
• Ad budgets are paid from your payment method directly to the ad platform (e.g., Meta) — Hamletak never receives or holds your ad money; the platform subscription is entirely separate.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for your ads complying with applicable law and each ad platform's policies.

• The first month is free for every new account, at the Starter plan's usage allowance, with no commitment.
• Afterwards, service continues on a monthly paid plan as published on the Subscribe page, priced in EGP and paid via Paymob.
• Each plan has published monthly usage allowances (campaign generations and chat-agent messages). Usage beyond the allowance is billed as metered overage at the published rates, or requires a plan upgrade.
• Subscriptions renew by payment; you may simply not renew at any time and service stops at the end of the paid period — no cancellation fees.

• We do not guarantee specific advertising results or sales — campaign performance depends on factors outside our control (your product, pricing, market, and the ad platforms themselves).
• AI-generated content is an assistant — review it before publishing; final decisions are yours.
• Some figures are estimates or sandbox data and are clearly labeled as such inside the platform.
• The service depends on third parties (ad platforms, AI/hosting/payment providers) and may be affected by their outages or policy changes.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months.

You may not use the platform for unlawful or misleading content, infringing others' rights or privacy, sending unsolicited messages, or attempting to breach the platform or circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for the deletion process). Upon termination, the authorizations granted to the platform over your ad accounts cease, and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
